YOUR INQUIRY INFORMATION
Information with a purpose.
International Dry Standard Organization, Inc. uses the contact, property, scope and party information you provide to assess your request, check potential conflicts, communicate with you and prepare an agreement.
The inquiry form does not request payment-card information or accept document uploads. Please arrange transfer of privileged or sensitive records directly with Ken after the initial review.
Delivery and signing
When live services are enabled, approved agreement details and signer contact information are sent to DocuSeal for electronic signing. Resend handles notification emails, including an inquiry summary sent to Ken. When enabled, Twilio sends Ken an internal text alert containing your name, phone number, requested service and deadline; the full project details remain in the email and private review desk. When online deposits are enabled, Stripe processes payments and receives the payer email, deposit amount and engagement reference. DryStandard does not store card details. Required signers receive the agreement and signing information. The completed agreement and signing record are retained with the engagement.
Directory profiles and inquiries
Approved professional biographies, qualifications, business contact details and service areas appear publicly in the directory. The private email used for profile editing invitations is not published. Registrants use an expiring private editing link; IDSO reviews their submitted updates before publication.
Directory inquiries are saved for IDSO review and emailed to Ken when email delivery is enabled. When text alerts are enabled, a brief internal SMS includes the selected professional, your name and phone number; the detailed project message stays in the private desk and email. With your consent, IDSO may share the inquiry with your selected professional to coordinate a response. An inquiry does not establish an engagement. Contact Ken about profile corrections or removal requests.
Access and questions
Keep your private request link confidential. Contact Ken at ken@drystandard.org or 817-542-1189 about corrections, access or deletion requests. Applicable recordkeeping and preservation duties may affect deletion.
In the local preview, requests are stored on this computer and no information is sent to signing or email providers. Use fictional information when trying the preview.
RTPE registrant workspace
Contributions may include a Dropbox shared link instead of a stored file. IDSO retains the link, donor credit and reviewed summary. Following an approved link takes you to the contributor’s Dropbox, where their sharing settings and Dropbox’s privacy terms apply. The contributor can change or remove the file; access outside this website is controlled by Dropbox.
For contributed documents, IDSO stores the file, submission details and the donor name associated with the signed-in registration at submission. Submissions remain in private owner review until approved. Approved files display that donor credit to active registrants; original authorship is credited separately. IDSO may withdraw a file from the library, but previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
IDSO records your approved registration name, registry reference, email and access status. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent through our email service. A secure sign-in cookie lasts up to eight hours; you can sign out sooner. Deactivating registration revokes access.
Your discussion posts and author name are visible to active registrants and IDSO administrators. They are not public, but registrants may copy material; this workspace is not a confidential case room. Remove client identifiers and confidential records before posting. IDSO can hide posts and retains moderation records.
Library downloads are checked against active registration and recorded by registrant and document. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled by disabling access; follow the permitted-use notice for each resource. Contact ken@drystandard.org about your registration, corrections or privacy requests.
Evaluator matching and practice dashboard
Matching requests are stored privately for IDSO review. With your consent, IDSO releases your inquiry and contact details to a selected active registrant. A request for a named professional is shared only with that professional. Registrants record follow-up status in their private dashboard; IDSO can review those statuses and aggregate counts. These status reports do not create an engagement.
Case study submissions, photos and captions remain private to the contributor and IDSO until approved. Website photo copies are converted to JPEG, resized and stripped of embedded metadata, including embedded location data. This does not remove identifying details visible in a photo; contributors must remove those before uploading. Original evidence files should be retained separately. Unsubmitted uploads expire after 24 hours. Approved photos are public and may be downloaded; withdrawal cannot recall copies already downloaded. With the contributor’s permission, approved studies are published with their name. IDSO reviews anonymity and technical content before publication and may withdraw a study. Do not submit confidential or identifying project records. Profile availability and confirmation dates are public after IDSO approves the submitted profile; a confirmation date records the registrant’s confirmation, not independent credential verification.
